Jason William Dohring entered the world on March 30, 1982, in Toledo, Ohio, USA. He is the firstborn son of Doug Dohring, a businessman who founded the market research company, Dohring Company. Jason grew up in a bustling household with twin sisters, Kelsey and Kirsten, and younger twin brothers, Jonathan and Robert.

During his teenage years, Jason was a student at a local high school in Toledo where he discovered his love for the guitar, took part in school dramas, and performed in various festive shows. In a discussion, Dohring shared that his ambition to become an actor was sparked at the tender age of ten after viewing the iconic film “Home Alone.” Throughout his journey, his family has been a constant source of support and encouragement for his artistic aspirations.

In 2012, he joined “Supernatural” as Chronos, the god of time, and in 2013, made a brief appearance in “The Tomorrow People,” a story about youths with extraordinary abilities, reimagining a classic British series.

By 2017, Dohring was captivating audiences in “iZombie” as Chase Graves, alongside Rose McIver, David Anders, and Aly Michalka. In 2004, Jason tied the knot with Lauren Kutner, a talented artist. Their family expanded with the arrival of their son, Owen Riley, on August 11, 2010.
