He was admitted to the University of Connecticut in Storrs, where he immersed himself in the Department of Dramatic Arts, part of the School of Fine Arts.

Austin Stowell first graced the small screen in “Secret Girlfriend,” portraying the character Chad. Concurrently, he was offered a part in “The Secret Life of the American Teenager,” securing the role of Jesse, with the leading female roles enacted by Shailene Woodley and Molly Ringwald.
