Early life
Tom Keir Blyth was born on February 3, 1995, in Nottingham. His father, Gavin Blyth, was a prominent producer known for his work on the celebrated British soap operas “Coronation Street” and “Emmerdale”. It was Gavin who first recognized his son’s emerging talent for creativity and acting during his childhood. Encouraged by this, he started to coach the young Tom.
Tragically, Tom’s father died when Tom was still young. Following his father’s demise, his grandmother assumed the role of his guardian. With his mother often away working hard to provide for the family, his grandmother, a librarian, influenced his early education. She introduced him to the world of fairy tales, igniting his passion for stories featuring Native Americans, valiant cowboys, and daring sheriffs.

Upon finishing his high school education, Tom Blyth made the move to New York City. He became a member of the National Youth Theatre and gained admission to the prestigious Juilliard School, from which he graduated in 2020. During this time, he also started to try out for roles, aiming to land at least a minor part.
